Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1Japanese leek
  2. 1thumb Ginger (julienne)
  3. 1 tbspSesame oil
  4. 8 gramsWeipa
  5. 400 mlWater
  6. 1 dashSalt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Chop the Japanese leek into 5 cm lengths, and julienne the ginger.

    Heat olive oil in a pot, add the Japanese leek, and sear until golden brown.

  3. 3

    Add ginger, and briefly stir-fry. Add water and Weipa. When the Japanese leek becomes soft, sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
