Spinach Cream Spaghetti

I had some wilting spinach in my fridge, so.
This is so easy, there's nothing to say.
Add a lot of salt to the water when boiling the spaghetti for a firm taste.
It's nice with onion and mushrooms too. Recipe by sucoco

Steps
- 1
Boil the spaghetti in water with plenty of salt (not listed) for a minute less than instructed on the package.
- 2
Wash the spinach well and cut into 4 -5 cm pieces. Fold the ham in half and slice into 1 cm widths.
- 3
Put the butter in the frying pan and fry the spinach and ham.
- 4
Turn the heat to low, coat the spinach and ham evenly with flour, and mix until it is no longer powdery.
- 5
Stir in the milk in batches so it doesn't become lumpy. Add a ladle worth of the boiling pasta water and stock cube, and mix until it thickens.
- 6
Add the boiled spaghetti and mix well (add salt if necessary).
- 7
Transfer to a serving plate, sprinkle on some pepper, and enjoy.
