Steps

In a bowl add all the fry ingredients of sooji, rice flour, Refined flour, mix, add pinch of salt and mix

Add Khejur Gur and gradually add milk to make a semi thick batter. Mix well. There should be no lumps. Keep it covered for 2 hours

For Filling - in a pan add grated coconut, Khejur Gur, Khoya and on low flame keep stirring to mix all well, add milk slowly and mix well.

The filling should start leaving the surface after 10 mins. You have to stir continuously. Add roasted cardamom - cinnamon powder mix and mix well. Set aside and add to a plate. Spread evenly and let it cool

In a pan smear with oil or ghee and add a ladle of the batter, spread it evenly, add 1 Tbsp filling on one side of the spread and roll to the other side. Keep flame on low. Set aside once done.

Complete the batches.

Plate and enjoy on its own, enjoy with liquid Gur, or enjoy with Dudh Puli Pithe
