Assemble all ingredients, take 2 handful of coriander leaves + green chilli and make a smooth paste.

Prick boiled eggs, marinade with turmeric + salt and marinade for 10 minutes.

Fry marinade eggs till golden brown and keep aside.

In moderately heated pan, add ghee + oil, add ginger garlic paste and sauté till rawness goes off and then add chopped onion and sauté till translucent or light golden brown, then add chopped tomatoes + little salt and stir fry for 1 -2 minute, it will turn mushy.

Now add Dhania paste + curd + all dry spices except garam masala and stir fry till oil is seen at surface and turns aromatic.

Mixture turns thick

Now add milk + salt, mix well and give a nice boil.

Now add garam masala powder + sugar + cream + eggs and cook / simmer for 3-4 minutes.

Keep in stand by mode for 2 minutes and its ready.

Serve with rice, pulao, paratha, Naan, kulcha.
