Tuscan chicken breasts

#chicken
We tried a new version of baking chicken and it was delicious 😋
Note - in some recipes, they add spinach at the end of baking, but as we used frozen one we wanted to be sure it will cook.
Note 2 - the amount of spices is indicative, in our case it was enough for just one side of each chicken breast (but the other side was lying in the sauce, so it was ok 😀)

Steps
- 1
Cut chicken breasts into halves and tender them, then place them in a glass baking pan. In a small bowl, mix spices for chicken. Drizzle each piece of chicken with oil and season with spice mix.
- 2
Chop spinach (we used frozen that was already pre-cut), sundried tomatoes and garlic and grate parmesan cheese.
- 3
Whisk cream, garlic, cornstarch, salt and pepper until combined, then add chopped tomatoes, spinach and half of cheese. Pour the mixture over chicken breasts and add the other half of cheese on top.
- 4
Bake in a preheat oven at 200°C for 15-20 minutes. Serve and enjoy 😋
