Cheese paratha

Combine ingredients for the dough. Make semi-soft dough like for parathas. Let it rest for about 15 min.

Make 14 or 16 equal-sized balls from the dough. Roll 2 equal size rotlis. Place them side by side. Apply chili sauce on 1 rotli and ketchup on the other, leaving about 1 cm at the rims. Place some cheese on anyone's rotli.

Now cover it with the other rotli with the sauce side down. Stick the rims of the two rotlis together. On a pan, take some oil and fry the paratha on both sides till they are crisp. Serve hot.
