Many people doesnt like whipping cream because of its over sweetness but a perfect balance of sugar and cream cheese with varied flavour is perfect taste bud. We all know the famous After 8 chocolate. Just tried to combine the chocolate flavour in cheese cake. Here's the recipe. Do make it and enjoy with your loved ones.

Ingredients

  1. Biscuit Base
  2. 70 gButter
  3. 100 gOreo or Bourbon Biscuit or chocolate biscuit of choice
  4. Mint Cheese Cake
  5. 150 gCream Cheese
  6. 50 gWhite Chocolate
  7. 25 gCastor Sugar
  8. 30 gFresh Cream
  9. 1 dropMint essence -
  10. as requiredGreen Colour - Optional
  11. as requiredChocolate or Choco chips for garnish

Cooking Instructions

    Method for Base:
    Crush the chocolate biscuits or oreo in a mixer till it becomes a fine powder

  2. 2

    Transfer to a bowl and add the melted butter. Mix it together

  3. 3

    Press it at the bottom of a 4 by 4-inch foil lined pan.

    Make sure the biscuits are packed tightly to avoid any breakage

  5. 5

    Preheat the oven at 150°

  6. 6

    Method for Cheese Cake Filling:
    Melt the white chocolate and cream together. Add the mint essence and green color
    and keep aside

    Softer the cream cheese and add the sugar and mix well

  8. 8

    Now slowly add the white chocolate mixture make sure it's not too hot

  9. 9

    Fold into the cream cheese until completely mixed

  10. 10

    Pour in the ring over the biscuit base and smoothen the top with a spatula.

    Bake at150 C for about 30 minutes, in a hot water bath, till a skin forms on the top
    and is jiggly in the center.

    Once baked, let it cool down and bring it to room temperature. Refrigerate
    overnight or a minimum of 6-8 hours.

    Cut into squares and garnish with chocolate chips.
