In a non-stick pan, add khova Kheer, grated almonds and cashew with 1 teaspoon of crushed Sugar, stir for 2 to 3inutes.

Keep aside the khova Kheer stuffing. Allow it to cool.

Now in a bowl mix refined flour, 1 teaspoon of oil, baking powder, cooking soda, and water.Make a soft dough.

Now out of this dough make small round balls.Now roll each ball like a Puri.

Take one Puri, place one teaspoon of kheer stuffing and cover it with another Puri, seal the sides, and then give desired shape.

Now deep fry each chandrakala and keep it aside.

Now in a pan add sugar and 1 cup of water, start boiling unless it becomes sticky.Sugar syrup is ready.

Now dip each chandrakala in sugar syrup and keep it on a plate, serve decorated with crushed pistachio.
