Steps

Gather these ingredients tomatoes, Onion & chillies and finely chop them.

Take a pan and for tadka add oil & cumin seeds let it crackle than add 1tsp hing & turmeric.

Add chopped onion and saute it until ut get little pink, than add chopped chillies & than Tomatoes

Saute it well & add very little water and let all veggies get the very smooth texture.

Than add salt as per taste, chopped garlic & all masalas I.e red Chili powder, coriander powder & everest kitchen king masala.

Add paneer smashing it for Bhurji & mix its really well. Its your dosh is ready to serve with Parathas.
