Chill Chill Cool Cool Summer Spl. ~ Aam Panna (Green Mango Drink) made with Jaggery
Cooking Instructions

Cook Raw mangoes till it becomes soft. Cool and peel the skin. Take the pulp and keep aside.

Place jaggery and water in a medium-sized pan.
Place the pan over low heat. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until melted. Leave the mixture to cool. While cooling, the impurities will settle down to the bottom of the pan. Pass it through a sieve to remove the impurities. - 3
In a mixer grind the cooked raw mango pulp with Jaggery water. Pour this mixture in a pan, heat and stir until it thickens (not too thick). Pourable consistency. Aam panna concentrate is ready. Take 2 Tsp of this concentrate in a glass, mix with chilled water and serve. We can also grind few mint leaves with this concentrate, adding water to make a sweet and tangy delicious drink.
