Ingredients

  1. 500 gmsBaby potatoes
  2. 1 CupYogurt Fresh
  3. as required Kashmiri red chili powder
  4. 1/2 teaspoon Ginger powder
  5. 1 tablespoonturmeric powder
  6. 1 tablespooncoriander powder
  7. as required salt
  8. 8 table spoonoil
  9. 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  10. 2green chillies

Cooking Instructions

    Boiled potato and prick potatoes by using fork or tooth pick.

    In pan add oil and fry potatoes add salt and khasmiri red chili powder and set aside.

  3. 3

    In yogurt, add kashmiri red chili powder, ginger powder, crushed cumin, turmeric powder, salt and coriander powder and mix well.

    In pan add oil than add spices yogurt mix well and cook for 5 minutes or until oil separates.

    Add fried potatoes and mix well, cover and cook for 15-20 minutes On slow flame or until potatoes are done.

    Yummy dam aloo ready
    Garnish with coriander leaves and chopped green chilies. Add garam Masala Powder.
