A labor-intensive dish, but so satisfying—at my house, everyone cleaned the pan with bread to get every last bit!

In separate pans, heat a little olive oil and cook the mussels and clams until they open. Set aside. Cut the cherry tomatoes into pieces.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil with the garlic and chili pepper. Remove the garlic, then add the tomato sauce, cherry tomatoes, basil, langoustines (remove the heads), shrimp, mussels, and clams. Add the filtered cooking liquid from the mussels and let everything simmer to blend the flavors.

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, then add it to the skillet with the sauce to finish cooking.

Serve and enjoy!
