Ingredients

  1. 250 grams(1 pao)Bhindi/Okra/Lady finger
  2. 1 tablespoonOil
  3. 1medium size onion chopped
  4. 2large tomatoes chopped or blended
  5. 1 teaspoonzeera crushed
  6. 1 teaspoondhanya crushed
  7. 1 teaspoonred chilli flakes
  8. 1/4 teaspoonhaldi
  9. 2 tablespoonyogurt
  10. Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions

    🌸Heat oil and fry onion on low flame until it change colour (stirring continuously)

    🌸 Add chopped tomatoes and all spices along with a little water.

  3. 3

    🌸 Bhonofy until it becomes dry
    Now add Bhindi and yogurt mix well on high flame for 1 minute.

  4. 4

    🌸Now cover and cook on low flame until it gets done(stirring occasionally). Sprinkle a little water if needed.

  5. 5

    🌸 Serve with salad and roti.
