Ingredients

  1. 1 cupwheat flour
  2. 1/2 cupmoong dal
  3. 1 tbspoil
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. 1 tspturmeric powder
  6. 1 tspred chilli powder
  7. 1 tspdry roasted jeera(cumin) powder
  8. As neededOil for roasting

Cooking Instructions

    Soak moong dal for 10 -15 mins Mix all ingredients and knead a soft dough. Rest it for 10-12 mins.

    Make balls, roll it little thick and roast it on the tawa using little oil on both sides.

  3. 3

    When ready serve it with gulraab, best to be had in winters and of course, rainy season also you can have it.
