Heat up butter in a deep nonstick pan add garlic paste add chopped onions saute till light golden colour add chopped capsicum cook for 2 min. stir continuously

Add cauliflower potato green peas add red chilli powder pav bhaji masala turmeric powder salt 1 cup water

Cook for 5mins mash lightly with a masher.
Switch off the flame and add green coriander leaves and lemon juice keep aside. - 4
Slit all ladi pav
Heat 1 tablespoon butter into nonstick tawa add 1/2 teaspoon pav bhaji masala place 2 slit Ladi pav on it and cook till it turns golden brown - 5
Just before serving reheat khada pav bhaji and serve it with pav. onion lemon wedges.
