Gluten free, dark chocolate, coconut blossom sugar and peanut butter, what else? So delicious!
Cooking Instructions

Turn oven on 170 degrees celsius. In a bowl mix flour, baking soda, oats, salt and keep aside.

In a big bowl of a stand or hand mixer, add butter, peanut butter, sugar and mix for 4 min on medium high. Scrape down and then continue to mix for the other 2 min.

Add egg, vanilla and molasses and mix for another 2 min. Then add the dry mix into the wet mix and with the stand mixer mix for 2 min.

Add chocolate drops mix with the spatula. With an ice cream scoop take some of the mix and add onto a baking dish. Cook for 14 min max. Remove let cool completely as they will harden a bit once they cool down.
