Wash and remove sticks from soya chaap.Cut into 1 inch pieces.

Heat oil in a pan,fry all soya chaap pieces first on high flame and then low to medium until golden brown.

Boil water In another pan,mix salt and kashmiri red chilli.Dip all soya pieces in the boiled water for 10 min. and strain.

Heat butter in a pan,add green chilli,ginger and coriander leaves.Saute.Now add soya chaap pieces and black pepper.Mix it well.

Add curd into it and cook for 5 min.or until all curd absorbs.

Add cream into it and cook for another 3-4 min.and switch off the gas.Cover and rest for 5 min.

Your delicious creamy soya chaap is ready to serve.
