Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1 lbdiced steak
  2. 1/2 Csherry
  3. 1/2 Ccoconut vinegar
  4. 1/4 Csoy sauce
  5. 1/4 Csesame oil
  6. 1 Cbaby spinach
  7. 1bell pepper (any color); small dice
  8. 1/2yellow onion; small dice
  9. 2 clovesgarlic; minced
  10. 1 pinchkosher salt & white pepper
  11. vegetable oil; as needed

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat enough oil to cover the bottom of a large saute pan.

  2. 2

    Add steak, peppers, and onions. Season. Saute on high heat until steak is cooked to rare.

    Add garlic. Cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

  4. 4

    Combine sherry, coconut vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Whisk. Add to pan.

    Cook until liquid is evaporated, approximately 2-3 minutes.
