Chop the onion, put green chili, dhania leaves, and all the spices. Now mix all well and let the onion get nicely coated with spices.

Heat the oil in a frying pan.

Add besan to the onion mix and water.

Don't add too much water you should be able to make Pakore.

Add one teaspoon of hot oil to the Pakore batter and mix all well.

Start frying on medium to high flame till golden brown.

Adrak wali chai - When it comes to chai making everyone has their own preference so here is my version:
In a pan put 5 to 6 fresh lemon grass (gavti chai green in colour) and 1 small piece of ginger. - 8
Crush both, add one teaspoon of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of chai masala (optional) half a cup of water, and boil it.
Once you start getting the fragrance of ginger and lemon grass add 1 teaspoon of chai Patti and boil it. - 9
Add milk half cup and give it final boil and Serve hot.
