100 gMargarine
250 mlSugar
Zest of 1 Lemon
60 mlLemon Juice
500 mlFlour
2.5 mlBaking Powder

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Combine the Margarine and Sugar.

Mix in the Lemon Zest and Lemon Juice.

Add in the Flour and Baking Powder until a dough is formed.

Roll into balls and place on a prepared baking sheet. Slightly flatten the balls with a fork.

Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
