Pressure cook baby potatoes for 4 whistles. Cool, peel and keep aside.

In cooking pan add heat oil. Temper with cumin seeds, dry red chilli. Add fennel seeds and sesame seeds. Saute for 30 seconds.

Add boiled baby potatoes, salt. Stir-fry for few minutes till crispy golden.

Add tumeric powder,red kashmiri chilli powder,dhania jeera powder, aamchur powder. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.

Transfer it in serving bowl / dish. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve.
