  4. Onion

    Boil your matumbo with water and salt till tender

  2. 2

    Put the matumbo in pan and let it dry on its own because it has oil on its own

  3. 3

    Add onion to the matumbo and stir till brown

  4. 4

    Add capsicum and let it cool for a while

  5. 5

    Add your tomatoes and cubes then cover your pan and let it scook till soft

  6. 6

    Serve while hot with ugali or rice
