Faradi Chevdo (Raw Banana)

Peel raw bananas and keep in salty water. Heat oil for frying

Grate 1 banana at a time, using a medium big grater and drop the grates in medium hot oil. Stir after 30 sec. Keep stirring occasionally, and fry the grated banana lachhas crispy. Drain out on a kitchen paper. Fry all similarly.

Tempering:
In 2 tbsp oil, fry chevda ingredients and mix into the fried banana lachhas. Add 2green chilliesfinely chopped, curry leaves and 1 tsp til - 4
Mix all the masala ingredients :pinch haldi, 1/2 tsp chilli powder, pinch citric acid crushed, 2tsp sugar powder, 1/2 tsp pepper powder, salt, 1/4 tsp garam masala. Add into the fried ingredients carefully, without breaking the lachhas

Serve homemade faradi chevda as snacks in upvaas
