Ingredients

As snacks
  1. 5-6raw bananas
  2. 3 tbspgroundnuts
  3. kaju kishmish
  4. handfulmakhhana
  5. 1/4 cupkopra sliced
  6. 2green chillies
  7. 10-12curry leaves
  8. 1 tsptil
  9. Haldi pinch chillie pow
  10. 1 tspgaram mas
  11. pinchcitric acid
  12. 1/2 tspsalt or sindhav
  13. 2 tspsugar pow
  14. 1/2 tsppepper powder
  15. Oil for frying

    Peel raw bananas and keep in salty water. Heat oil for frying

  2. 2

    Grate 1 banana at a time, using a medium big grater and drop the grates in medium hot oil. Stir after 30 sec. Keep stirring occasionally, and fry the grated banana lachhas crispy. Drain out on a kitchen paper. Fry all similarly.

    Tempering:
    In 2 tbsp oil, fry chevda ingredients and mix into the fried banana lachhas. Add 2green chilliesfinely chopped, curry leaves and 1 tsp til

    Mix all the masala ingredients :pinch haldi, 1/2 tsp chilli powder, pinch citric acid crushed, 2tsp sugar powder, 1/2 tsp pepper powder, salt, 1/4 tsp garam masala. Add into the fried ingredients carefully, without breaking the lachhas

    Serve homemade faradi chevda as snacks in upvaas
