Popular and delicious from Maharashtrian cuisine.. simple easy to prepare dry garlic chutney to serve with vada pav, Kothambir Vadi, Kanda bhaji like savoury snacks . Prepared with dry coconut, garlic, red chilli powder.
Steps

Dry roast coconut powder in a small pan on slow flame till crispy brown. Transfer it to a mixing container.

In the same pan add garlic cloves and roast till dry and brown. Cool and transfer it to a mixing container.

Add red chili powder, and salt to a mixing container. Mix well. Transfer it to a mixer jar.

Grind to make dry chutney.
- 5
Store in Airtight container. Use delicious Dry Garlic Chutney as required.
