  • 400 gplums
  • 50 gsugar
  • 1 tspvanilla paste

  1. 1

    Stone the fruit and add to a sauce pan

    Sprinkle over the sugar then cook over a medium heat stirring occasionally until the fruit releases some juice

    All to gently bubble until reduced and thickened a little. Add the vanilla, stir and remove from the heat
