For Batter:-Take Besan in a mixing bowl. Mix red chili powder salt asafoetida turmeric powder and water. Beat well. Cover and keep it aside.

For Potatoes Stuffing:- Heat Oil in a pan. Tempered Mustard Seeds asafoetida chopped Capsicum red chili powder Dry mango powder Chaat masala garam masala and salt. Mix it well. Turn off the flame. Transfer to a plate and Allow it to cool.

Now add soda to a besan batter and add hot oil. Mix it well.
Cut paneer into a triangle piece. And Spread Potato mixture. Dip in a batter. Coat with sev. and fry till golden colour. - 4
Tasty paneer pakode is ready to serve Sprinkle Coriander and Chaat masala.Serve with Tandoori Chai.
