Cut the potatoes and wash them well. In a large pot, add water and boil the potatoes until they are tender. Drain and set aside. In a bowl, mix cornstarch and salt, then add the potatoes and coat them well. Let the potatoes sit for a while.

After a short time, fry the potatoes in hot oil. In a pan, heat oil and sauté the garlic and onions. Add the bell pepper and cook.

Add chili sauce, salt, chaat masala, and red chili powder, and mix well. Add the potatoes, oil, and honey, and cook for 5 to 10 minutes. Your chili potatoes are ready.
