Ingredients

45 minutes w prep
4 servings
  1. 4skinless chicken breasts
  2. Fresh chopped rosemary
  3. 1/2 pintwhipping cream
  4. 3 tbspbutter
  5. 1 1/2 cupsBella Mushrooms
  6. 1-2 poundsFresh linguine noodles
  7. Salt and pepper
  8. 8 ozGorgonzola cheese
  9. Jarsun dried tomatoes
  10. 4 pinchyour favorite Italian spices
  11. 3 tbspolive oil
  12. Pine Nuts
  13. 1/2 cupchicken broth

Cooking Instructions

45 minutes w prep
  1. 1

    Rinse chicken, pat dry, add salt and pepper and Italian spices

  2. 2

    Get your pan ready w 2 tbsp of olive oil and 2 tbsp butter.. get hot. Brown chicken … after brown on both sides turn down to simmer add chicken broth turn to low to simmer until cooked

    Take off chicken. Wipe out pan save chicken and juices.. keep warm …

    Add left over olive oil 1 tbsp and 1 tbsp butter to pan add mushrooms and sundried tomatoes. Add rosemary..

    Start the sauce.. in a small sauce pan add 2 TBSP butter, whipping cream, rosemary.. stir until it steeps.. on med high., add all the Gorgonzola cheese keep stirring. Add salt and pepper

  6. 6

    Start the noodles.. bring to boil. I use fresh linguine.. drain.. save your pasta water. Add 1/4 cup back to pan w mushrooms.. add hot cream sauce.. add in water 1/4 cup and noodles… stir and mix.. add more water if needed. Sauce should be creamy, add hot shredded or sliced chicken.
