Ingredients

20 minutes
2 servings
  1. 1 bowlmakhana,
  2. 2 tbspdesi ghee,
  3. 4green chilli chopped finely,
  4. 1/2 cuppeanut 🥜,
  5. 1/2 cupkaju,
  6. 1/2 cupbadam,
  7. some roughly chopped dhania patta,
  8. as requiredSalt to taste,
  9. 1/4 tspred chilli powder,
  10. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder,

Cooking Instructions

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a pan, add makhana, dry roast it for 10 minutes so that extra moisture evaporates. Take out in a bowl, keep aside.

    Now add 1 tbsp ghee in the same pan, heat it, fry kaju, badam & peanuts until light brown. Keep aside.

  3. 3

    Add rest of the ghee in the same pan, heat it. Moderate the flame. Add green chilli & dhania patta, saute it for a minute.

    Now add makhana, badam, kaju & peanuts one by one, stir fry it for 2 minutes.

  5. 5

    Sprinkle salt, red chilli powder & black pepper powder, stir fry it until makhana turn a lil brown.

  6. 6

    Turn off the flame, take out in a serving bowl.

  7. 7

    Have it during Vrat..
