Cut onion into long piece and take a pan add 2tbsp of oil and pinch of whole jeera than,fry the onions till pink in colour

Than add all the massala,now mix it well and cook it for 2 to 3 mins

Now cool it

Take maida into the bowl add oil and water to it and mix it well donot Knead it

Then give it rest for some time now Knead it well and make it soft

Now take a small amount of dough and by pressing gently inside and moving it clock wise prepare the dough

Now take the filling and add it to the dough and press it as shown in the image

Now take a vessel and heat it with oil now gently add the kachoris and fry it from slow to medium flame
- 9
Now your fresh and hot pyaz kachoris are ready
