  2. 1.5 lbswinter melon, 1 whole (700 grams)
  3. 4 tablespoonsgreen curry paste
  4. 1 teaspoonshrimp paste
  5. 1 cupcoconut milk (250 ml)
  6. 2 cupswater (500 ml)
  7. 2 tablespoonsfish sauce
  8. 2 teaspoonspalm sugar
  9. Sliced red chili peppers
  10. leavesFresh Thai basil
  11. leavesKaffir lime

    Prepare all the ingredients.

    Heat a pan and add the coconut milk. Simmer until the oil separates, then add the green curry paste.
