    Diced your apple into small pieces, and wash it very well. Dilute your milk and make sure it's exactly one cup

    Pour your apple and milk into the blender.

    Add sugar,closed and blend it very smooth.

    After blending pour into a cup and served.the mint leave is for garnishing
