A true dish, as they say: Sardinian gnocchi with sausage sauce..A first course that can also be considered a single course, the strong flavor of and the presence of Sardinian dumplings will satisfy both your taste buds and your stomach. Tuscany in search of the original
Cooking Instructions

Take a pan with a nice sprinkle of extra virgin olive oil, add a whole clove of garlic and the finely chopped onion and let it take heat.

Then add the sausage into pieces, removing the casing and brown it well
- 3
Now add the tomato paste and two tablespoons of tomato sauce to dissolve the concentrate well.

When the concentrate has melted, add the remaining tomato sauce and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally.

Put a pot of water on the stove and bring it to a boil. When the water boils, add the salt and dip the dumplings in it.

When the sauce has become thick, turn off the heat and remove the clove of garlic. Taste and if necessary add more salt and pepper to taste.

Drain the pasta and mix it with the sauce; then sprinkle with grated Parmesan and mix.

Serve the dumplings with a sprinkling of Parmesan and pepper.
