Ingredients

  1. 1big boiled mashed potato
  2. 1/2 cupgrated paneer
  3. 2 tbspsago powder
  4. 1 tbspsamak powder
  5. 1 tbsppeanut powder
  6. leavessome chopped coriander
  7. 2big tomatoes
  8. 1green chilli
  9. 1 inchpiece of ginger
  10. 5-6cashew nuts
  11. as requiredsalt to taste
  12. 1 tspkashmiri red chilli powder
  13. 1 tspcarom seeds
  14. 1 tspcumin seeds
  15. 1 pinchasofetida
  16. 1/2 tspcumin powder
  17. as requiredoil for frying
  18. as requiredwater
  19. 1 tbspfresh cream
  20. somesome curry leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Take a vessel add boiled potato sago powder samak powder grated paneer chopped coriander leaves salt red chilli carom seeds mix it well and knead as dough

    Then take small ball from dough flatten it on your palm add stuffing of chopped almonds and raisins in it and shaped them like a ball

    Prepare all kofta same as like first

    Then take a vok on gas add ghee hot it well. add koftas in it and deep frying it till turns golden brown

  5. 5

    Then take a mixer grinder and add tomatoes, cashew, ginger and green chilli. and blend it in a smooth paste

  6. 6

    Then take a pan, pour ghee as required. add cumin seeds asafoetida, curry leaves then take kashmiri red chilli powder in a bowl according to requirement. add 1 tbsp water and prepare a paste. add this paste in pan and saute then add tomato puree and cook till it releases ghee.

    Then add koftas to curry and garnish with fresh cream.Here's presented hot kofta curry with falahari paranthas.
