A delicious snack for the weekend that almost everyone loves from childhood to adulthood.

Steam the eggs and mash the salted egg yolks until smooth.

Clean the snails, add lemongrass and snails to a pot, add a little water, and boil the snails until cooked.

Melt butter in a pan, then add chopped garlic and chili. Once fragrant, add the mashed salted egg yolks and stir well.

Add half a cup of milk, fish sauce, and sweetened condensed milk. Stir well and adjust seasoning to taste.

If you prefer a thinner sauce for dipping bread or sipping, add a little water. Once the sauce boils again, add 2 slices of cheese and stir until melted. Finally, add the cooked snails and stir until the sauce coats the snails evenly.
