  • 2&1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 tbscoco powder
  • 1/2 tbssalt
  • Butter milk
  • 1 cupmilk room temperature
  • 1 tbswhite vinegar
  • 1 tbsred gel colour
  • Wet ingredients
  • Halfcup butter room temperature
  • 2 cupicing sugar
  • 1 tspvanila essence
  • 2eggs
  • Last
  • 1 tbsbaking soda
  • 1 tbswhite vinegar
  • Butter cheese frosting
  • 200 gmsunsalted butter on room temperature
  • 1an dhalf cup icing sugar
  • 1 tspvanila essence
  • 3/4th cup scheme cream

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven at 180°.in a large mixing bowl sift and add all dry ingredients.mix well.

    Mix vinegar in milk.mix well.set aside.it will make butter milk in 5 to 7 mins.Mix red food colour in butter milk.

    Beat butter for a 2.3 seconds.add sugar beat well to incorporate. Add eggs one by one.add vanilla too.

    Add butter milk and wet ingredients in dry ingredients in batches one by one.beat well.at last add baking soda in vinegar. In a separte cup.mix in cake mixture with spatula

    Pour it in mould.and place them in pre heated oven for 30.35 mins at 180°.

    Prepare frosting meanwhile.in a bowl add butter.beat until fluffy,add sugar gradually in it.beat well to incorporate.add vanila and cheese cream.beat more until smooth.keep refrigerated until use.apply frosting over cake on cooling.
