Steps
- 1
First, grate the paneer. Finely chop the onions, tomatoes, and green chili.
- 2
Heat oil in a skillet. Add cumin seeds and cloves, and let them sizzle. Add the onions and green chili, and sauté. Crush the peanuts, add them, and fry everything until golden.
- 3
Grate the ginger and add it to the pan, then add the tomatoes. Add all four spices and sauté for a bit.
- 4
Pour in 1 cup milk and bring to a boil. Add the grated paneer.
- 5
Cook on low heat for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. At the end, add 1 tablespoon ghee. Sprinkle garam masala and fresh cilantro on top. Serve the hot paneer bhurji with paratha or roti.
