Steps
- 1
Get pork for stir
- 2
Use half of an aubergine. Then cut it into small cubicles.
- 3
Finely chop a piece of garlic
- 4
Mix pork with 1 spoon of soy source, half spoon of Mirin and Sake. Add the chopped garlic. If you have a ginger you should add little of it, it'll add more flavor.
- 5
Start stirring
- 6
Add cut aubergine when the pork are almost cooked. Try to make aubergine absorb the oil come out from the pork.
- 7
Dish up and put some sesame seeds on it. That’s it! It’ll perfectly match with Japanese rice. Please try. Bon appétit!
