Stir-Fried Enoki Mushrooms and Tofu with Oyster Sauce

Soak the enoki mushrooms in hot water for about 10 minutes, then drain.

Heat the oil, sauté the garlic, shallots, and onion until fragrant. Then add the tomato, red chili pepper, and green onion. Continue to sauté until wilted.

Add the tofu, pour in the water, sweet soy sauce, soy sauce, and oyster sauce, and mix well. Wait until the water boils.

Add the enoki mushrooms, season with sugar, salt, and ground pepper, then mix well. Cook until the flavors are absorbed. Sprinkle with green onion.

Serve with warm rice.
