Assemble ingredients for Manchurian Balls

In a mixing bowl add all chopped veggies + maida + salt + pepper powder + corn flour + soya sauce and mix well. Add maida and corn flour as required.
Make medium size balls and coat in corn flour and keep aside. - 3
Heat oil in pan and drop balls and deep fry or shallow fry till golden brown and keep aside.
Balls are ready. - 4
Assemble all veggies and ingredients for gravy.

In moderately heated pan add 2-3 tbsp oil, add garlic and sauté for few seconds, then add ginger and spring onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Then add diced onion + capsicum and sauté till translucent, it takes around 2 minutes.

Then start adding all sauce + salt + sugar + water and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Make a mixture of corn flour + 2 tbsp water and mix well. Add this mixture, mix well and add all balls and give a nice mix.

Simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, make sure that balls coats well with gravy. Dish is cooked.

Garnish with spring onion and serve hot hot.
