  • 1lamb rack; fat removed
  • Salt and pepper
  • Thyme (or other herbs of your choice)

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Season the lamb rack with thyme, salt and pepper

  2. 2

    Bake in oven with 180°C for 20 mins

  3. 3

    Rest the lamb rack in oven for 5 mins

  4. 4

    Take the lamb rack out and further rest for 5 mins at least

  5. 5

    Cooking time may vary depending on the size of the lamb

  6. 6

    Serve with vegetables of your choice
