This is a deliciously spicy dish that's perfect for winter and really enhances the flavor of your meals. Even if you're not hungry, you'll end up eating extra bread with it!

Wash the green chilies, remove the stems, and cut them into pieces.

Crush the chilies using a mortar and pestle. You can also use a traditional grinding stone if you have one.

Heat the oil in a skillet. Add chopped garlic and grated ginger, and sauté until they turn golden brown. Then add the onions and sauté until they are browned.

Once the onions are browned, add the crushed chilies, turmeric, coriander powder, and salt. Cover and cook. When partially cooked, add chopped tomatoes and mix well. Once the tomatoes are cooked, add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice or vinegar, mix thoroughly, and turn off the heat.
