To make bajra dhebra, combine jaggery, curd in a small bowl & mix well. Combine all the ingredients along with jaggery curd mixture in a deep bowl & knead into a semi soft dough. If required 1-2 tbsp of curd can be used more for kneading. Divide the dough into equal portions. Take a portion of dough & gently press in between your palms.. Repeat the process for the entire dough. If you finding shaping difficult, grease your hands with little oil.

Further heat the oil in a deep nonstick pan& add a few dhebras at a time in the hot oil...Fry the dhebras on a medium low flame till they turn golden brown in colour from both the sides. Drain on an absorbent paper..Bajra Methi Dhebra is ready to serve.
