Steps

Fry your pepper and onions, add your fish and add water.

Add your beans, little potash (kanwa)
- 3
Add your seasonings and spices
- 4
Add your groundnut paste allow to boil in low heat, when you see that your beans is half done, you then add your moringa
- 5
Allow to boil 4 some minutes then serve with any swallow of your choice.
