Ingredients

20 mins
  1. Small amount of Moringa dried or fresh one
  2. 2 tbspG/nut oil
  3. Seasonings
  4. 2Fresh pepper
  5. 2 tbspGroundnut paste
  6. Dried fish
  7. Crayfish
  8. Little beans
  9. Little salt
  10. Onion
  11. Small potash(kanww)

Cooking Instructions

20 mins
  1. 1

    Fry your pepper and onions, add your fish and add water.

  2. 2

    Add your beans, little potash (kanwa)

  3. 3

    Add your seasonings and spices

  4. 4

    Add your groundnut paste allow to boil in low heat, when you see that your beans is half done, you then add your moringa

  5. 5

    Allow to boil 4 some minutes then serve with any swallow of your choice.
