Ingredients

2 servings

250 gpasta
2small onions
2garlic cloves
3good quality sausages
2 tspsmoked paprika
75 mlwhite wine
200 mlcream
Parmesan to top

Steps

Thinly slice and caramelise onions, then add garlic. Once soft remove from heat and set aside

Remove sausage casing and chop up, sauté until browned.

Add paprika, onions and mix

Add white wine and cook off

Add cream and stir, bring to slight boil. Add pasta
6

Serve with Parmesan
