This is a very healthy usal(dry curry or stir fried) of methi(Fenugreek seeds). This is very good to have during winter. Good for bones and also controls sugar levels in the body.
Steps

First prepare methi Sprouts - for this, take 1 cup of Fenugreek seeds,soak overnight

Next dat drain all the water

Keep on a strainer and cover with the plate or you can use sprouts maker box to make sprouts

The sprouts will get ready in 24hrs

Now for making usal- heat oil in a pan

Add mustard seeds and cumin

Once it starts crackling add curry leaves and chopped onion

Saute for 1min till it turns translucent

Now add chopped tomato

Saute for 1min

Add all the dry spices and mix well

Now add methi sprouts

Saute for 2min on low flame

Methi sprouts usal is ready to serve

We can serve as a side dish in main course
