  1. 1 bowlgrated ghobhi
  2. 2green chilli
  3. 1/2 spoonred chilli powder
  4. as requiredSalt to taste
  5. 1/2 spoonchaat masala
  6. 1 pinchhing
  7. as per requirementoil
  8. 1 bowlwheat flour dough

Cooking Instructions

    Grated ghobhi,red chilli powder,garam masala,chat masala,hing and chopped green coriander added in a mixing bowl.

    Now roll the roti with the dough, fill this ghobhi mixture bind it.

    Roll the paratha.

    Greased oil on tawa put the paratha, shallow fry the paratha till golden brown from both sides.
