Steps

Slice the beef into long, thin strips.

Dice the onion, tomatoes, and bell peppers into small cubes.

Add a little oil to a cooking pot. Once the oil is hot, add the beef and stir well.

Add the spices and mix thoroughly.

Stir every 3 minutes until the beef absorbs its released juices.

Add the chopped vegetables to the beef, stir for just 2 minutes, then remove from heat immediately.

Transfer to a serving dish and serve with lettuce, tahini salad, and flatbread.
