Gather all ingredients, and coarsely grind peas

Heat a pan, put peas in it, and cook peas on medium slow flame till they change colour, put one cup, of milk in it and cook well, till all the milk evaporates, add ghee, and cardamom powder, mix well

When the sugar mix well properly, off the flame and allow to cool it, now spread this on a greased plate and when set, cut the desired shape done
