Grate Gajar nicely and keep aside.

Assemble ingredients

Heat Ghee, add grated Carrot and sauté for few minutes so that carrot turns soft. It takes around 7 - 8 minutes

Add milk and keep stirring in between. Cook under medium flame and gradually milk will start evaporating. Let carrot absorb all milk.

Add sugar + mawa and keep stirring till sugar is burnt and evaporated well.

Lastly add cardamom powder + dry fruits, mix well and further cook for 2-3 minutes. Don’t dry too much.

Halwa is done.

Serve hot or can be served later at room temperature. Garnish with dry fruits and enjoy.
